The most common cause of female infertility is an ovulation disorder. Other causes of female infertility include
blocked fallopian tubes, polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis. Repeated miscarriages may be caused by congenital
anomalies involving the structure of the uterus and uterine fibroids. Problems with ovulation is mostly common for infertility
in women. Irregular menstrual or no periods are the signs of problems with ovulation. Simple lifestyle factors, including stress,
diet, or athletic training can affect a woman's hormonal balance.
Half of the infertility problem is found to be with the woman. Most of the
fertility problems could be easily cured. The female reproductive system is a
very important part which easily is infected by the slightest development in the
body. Age also sometimes contribute to the growth of female infertility because
with growing age the fertility diminishes. So special care should be taken for
health.
The specific cause of infertility should be diagnosed by a doctor. Excessive
smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, taking coffee and if using any
other treatments that should be equally discussed with the doctor. Regular
aerobics and sleeping plenty with a good weight should be maintained.
